In year 1984, Siab was awarded the construction contracts of two prestigious multi-storey office buildings in Kuala Lumpur, namely IBM Plaza and Plaza Atrium.
Our projects comprised of a wide ranging mixture of high-end commercial developments, high rise grade A office developments, hypermarkets, industrial buildings, institutional buildings plus high rise residential and township developments. To date, Siab has successfully completed numerous projects worth over RM2 billion. Some of the more notable projects include the five-star hotel Crown Regency Service Apartments, Makro Cash & Carry Hypermarkets, Plaza Olympia Grade A Office Tower, Jaya33, Plaza33, Menara LGB, Tesco Hypermarkets and the Bentong Hospital.
We have implemented projects which required compliances with the Quality Assessment System in Construction (QLASSIC) on quality and workmanship, the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Green Mark Accreditation and the Green Building Index (GBI) Green Mark Accreditation. Our Quality Management System also conforms with the Construction Quality Assessment System (CONQUAS 21) accreditation.
Moving forward, Siab has integrated the entire organization's systems and processes (QMS, EMS & OSH) into one complete framework, enabling the organization to work as a single unit with unified objectives. On top of optimising processes and resources, our Integrated Management System (QESH) allows integrated audits and assessments to be conducted.
We pride on the establishment of our QESH system and our familiarity of the construction techniques. We provide value engineering options, where appropriate, for cost optimization while maintaining the desired specifications.
